Shipping, Processing, and Order Fulfillment Times

Cut-off time for orders: 18:00 (GMT+01:00) Central European Standard Time
Order processing time: 1–2 days, fulfilled Monday to Friday
Delivery time: 7-14 days, shipped Monday to Friday

Order Cancellation

If you cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase, we will refund the full amount. Please email us if you decide to cancel your order. Once the orders have been shipped, no changes can be made.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, a tracking number will be generated. Please provide an accurate email address if you wish to track your order.

Change of Address/Phone Number

If you wish to change the phone number or address provided when placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible before the order is shipped. Once your order has been shipped, we will no longer be able to change the details. In this case, you may request a return and place a new order.

Order Cannot Be Tracked

If you experience any issues with the tracking number or package delivery, please contact the courier service directly before reaching out to us. Allow 1–3 days for tracking information to appear. In rare cases, tracking information may not update, but you will still receive your order. Contact us if you need an estimated delivery time.
